Neel’s offering of delicately handcrafted, Awadhi gastronomy is as exhaustive, with over fifty unique kebabs to choose from, as it is exquisitely prepared. The food, while embracing traditional flavors and cooking technique, is expressed with a healthy dose of modernity. We even source the homemade spices and masalas from various regions all over India, in our attempt to keep the flavours as authentic. These herbs and spices are carefully used to enhance the natural flavours of the dish – not overpower it. The cuisine takes a contemporary approach to classic flavour combinations, creating signature dishes that emphasize purity, simplicity, and seasonal flavours.
